A brand renovation for Scott Simpson Builders


It is often said that Chicago has two seasons — winter and construction. For our friends at Scott Simpson Builders, the latter of the two seasons has been filled with many exciting new developments.

Recently featured in Trends Magazine for their amazing transformation of a Highland Park midcentury modern home, Scott Simpson Builders has been providing North Shore clients with new custom home construction and historic renovations for over fifteen years. What was once a small, home-grown business has expanded into a client-respected, industry-awarded development company with more than 80 beautiful projects under its belt. In the past few years, they have challenged themselves to use eco-friendly building practices wherever possible, and plan to achieve LEED for Homes Gold certification for a new construction project in Glencoe. This home, designed by Nathan Kipnis Architects, will be outfitted with the best in green building technology, including solar thermal panels, no- and ultra-low VOC paints and finishes, and water-efficient indoor plumbing fixtures.
