Launching BSG Growth

 

After a successful run with his management consulting firm, founder Steve Sheridan asked us to help him launch his next venture—this time, targeting the needs of private capital.

We had worked for several years with Steve's first firm, Bridge Strategy Group, which was eventually acquired by a global investment bank, Houlihan Lokey. Once Steve completed his tenure there as head of their strategy arm, he decide to create a new startup that would offer expert operating support to private capital firms.

Steve and co-founder Pacy Ostroff had developed a unique business model. Their firm would maintain a network of operating partners with specialized experiences in a range of sectors. They could then offer their partners’ expertise to private equity and other investment firms looking to augment the management teams within their portfolio companies and help drive strategic growth.

We collaborated closely with Steve and Pacy to finalize the name and messaging strategy, then moved on to develop the firm’s visual identity, pitch deck, copy, Office templates, and digital presence.
